Jazz legend Toots Thielemans would have turned 100 this year. This world-famous Brussels guitarist and harmonica player has left his mark on the history of our country and inspired many generations of jazz musicians through music that is still (and more than ever) a symbol of freedom and creativity. On the occasion of its centenary, Jazz Station and Les Lundis d'Hortense have entrusted five musicians, men and women of different generations, with the task of revisiting the repertoire. On the menu are little-known compositions that were rediscovered by Michel Herr, Toots' former pianist. Is there a better way to present their interpretations to a large audience than during the Brussels Jazz Weekend?
