Jordi Grognard took his first musical steps on the clarinet and moved on to the saxophone around the age of 18. Since then, he has played a wide variety of musical instruments within the clarinet and sax family as well as the flute. He has played and recorded with Machine Mass Trio (BE/US), has toured China with Nicola Lancerotti's quartet Skin (BE/IT) and has appeared as guest with legendary Kraut-rock legendary group Embryo (DE). He’s also active as a composer in the trio he set up together with double bassist Manolo Cabras and percusionist Gaspard Sicx.
