Pianist and composer Michel Herr (°1949), a reference within Belgian jazz, presents with the Positive Tentet perhaps his most ambitious project to date. This ten-piece orchestra consists of six jazz top notch musicians and a classical string quartet. Together, they bring Herr's colourful compositions to life. In his well-thought-out arrangements, a passion for warm, melodious music that is both accessible and extremely refined, shines through.

With stars like trumpeter Bert Joris and drummer Dré Pallemaerts, this group can fall back on some top soloists. The combination with a string quartet ensures a mesmerizing dialogue of musical genius.
